Our office is located in Michigan and services clients state-wide. All of your appointments will take place from the comfort of your own home via a HIPAA compliant, secure, Telehealth platform.
Therapeutic approach
I am Nicole Kowalewski, a Master Level, Clinical, Social worker, a certified clinical service provider diagnosing and managing ADHD symptoms, working with teens through adults. As a mental health therapist, I recognize that sometimes life can feel overwhelming. If you are you experiencing feelings of stress, worry, hopelessness, struggle to accomplish things, trouble focusing, I provide a compassionate space, where we will work together developing a personalized mental health plan, helping you thrive.
My goal is to provide a welcoming experience, I provide a compassionate space, where we may laugh or cry together, reflect on your perspectives, explore boundaries, and use your strengths to grow your confidence.

Rates
Talk therapy
Telehealth therapy is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts and behaviors, achieve small measurable goals, and move your life in a forward direction. Typically, sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly.
Initial session | $200
50 mins session | $120
Clinical Supervision
Online or in-person, this time will be spent supporting you on your clinical journey through case consultation, supervision, and validation of required hours to full licensure for limited license social worker. Schedule a call to discuss your path to full licensure.

With insurance coverage, co-pays can be as little as $10. Now accepting Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Carelon Behavioral Health, EverNorth, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, Priority Health, United Medical Resources (UMR), United Health Care (UHC) (UBH) insurance.
Also accepting, HSA/FSA card payments. I offer sliding scale for out of network, cash pay.
